Archana is a consultant and entrepreneur working in the apparel and retail industries since the last 18 years. Her knowledge and experience spans from designing, sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain management to systems management, retail operations management along with marketing. Having worked with the likes of designer Krishna Mehta and brands such as Central, Etam (India), Replay (India), mohena, etc (with the Future group) during her professional life, she has also, in her individual capacity as a consultant, worked with many brands in other fields such as lifestyle products, cosmetics, food products and staples.

As a professional, Archana specializes in business development for new and upcoming brands, providing insight and support in order to help brands go past the nascent stage into established names.

Archana is passionate about all things natural, healthy and sustainable, whether it’s food, staples or lifestyle products. Her belief that growth needs to be inclusive and salubrious has led her to work with NGOs, artisans and organic farmers alike at various stages of her career.

As a person, she loves pushing the boundaries of conventional thought in order to find new and interesting opportunities for inclusive growth and wellbeing.

Archana holds a Post graduate Diploma in Apparel manufacturing and marketing from NIFT and is Certified by APICS for production and inventory management. Archana is also an experienced Spanish language trainer. Understanding that Spanish is an important language in the world, she has used her knowledge to create and impart customized programs to cater to executives, students needing to learn the language for study abroad and individuals wanting to up their cultural quotient for the past 5 years. She holds an advance diploma from the Instituto Cervantes of Spain for the same.
