Sarah is an Executive Coach and behavioral assessor, who partners with Executives and leaders to help them become more self-aware of their core energy and its impact on their business as well as on their personal lives. This leads to conscious choices aligned with values and being more deliberate in managing energy, thoughts, emotions, and actions. Outstanding leaders leave an inspiring legacy behind. They reach that goal by effectively connecting with others, human to human, by self-regulating their energy and exercising multidimensional perspective thinking. Sarah has created value for more than 1000 individuals across the globe by helping them develop into the best versions of themselves.
Sarah is a dynamic international businesswoman. With two decades of working experience spanning three continents (the US, EU, and Asia), she was a regional director for Customer Success at the BFSI multinational Reuters and the London Stock Exchange before starting her own entrepreneurial venture in India. Through years of hands-on business experience globally, she has built a growth mindset, grit, and adaptability. She helps leaders drive strategic results and build strong, lasting relationships with clients, employees and stakeholders. This leads to increased engagement, clear goal setting, and elevated executive presence, resulting in revenue growth and organizational success.
The drive for successful global and local business results across cultures and communities made her an expert in navigating diverse environments, which became a key differentiator in helping organizations and individuals succeed. Through consulting and training, she helps executives, international business leaders and expats be mindful of leading with inclusion, practice collaborative perspective thinking, and successfully implement intercultural business proficiency to give businesses a competitive edge.
Polishing herself into professional executive coaching, is the third pillar that shaped her unique ikigai of adding value as a professional soundboard for executives in our global business world to become the best version of themselves and consciously create the inspiring legacy they want to leave behind.
Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences, with majors in Finance and International Economic and Diplomatic Relations. Sarah is blessed to be a mother of 4 daughters. Walking her life path has led her to be on many rollercoasters, reminding her to be present in the moment and partnering intentionally with simplicity, spaciousness, and fearlessness. As a human being, she embodies the ‘being of a coach’: mindful and with a high level of connectedness. She connects deeply, human to human.
