Mehroo is a Professional Certified Coach by International Coach Federation (ICF-PCC), a Mental Fitness Coach and a Board member of ICF Hong Kong, having over 500+ hours of coaching experience.
Being an entrepreneur, a community builder and a mother, she focuses on coaching high-potential Women Leaders, enabling them to find their inner strength and confidence, empowering them to lead a balanced, successful and a highly fulfilling life. Based on her own work and experience, Mehroo has written a short guide ‘7 Simple Steps to Unlock your Powerful Personal Brand,’ which caters to finding your inner strength and being able to inspire others with their own story.
An MBA in Marketing from NMIMS, Mumbai, Mehroo has gone through a wide variation in her career trajectory. Starting with the Tata Group as a TAS officer she has performed roles in sales and marketing in wide range of industries. Despite the promising career growth, motherhood took priority and Mehroo took a sabbatical to bring up her own children. Living in Hong Kong for the last 15 years, after a brief stint in the UK, Mehroo is a certified TESOL teacher, a parenting blogger and the Founder of Mums@PLAY, an events and community platform that supports and promotes women entrepreneurs. Juggling entrepreneurship with motherhood as an expat living in a multi-cultural city, Mehroo’s strength lies in her passion to connect with people and her coaching journey was a purposeful progression during covid.
Leading an energetic and active lifestyle, when she is not busy organizing events or coaching, she can be found hiking up the hills around Hong Kong island walking her pet dog or thinking about her next blog post!
