Satyam is a leadership presence coach and behavioral assessor, working with leaders to help them strengthen their leadership presence within the businesses and teams they lead. He partners with high potential leaders to help them gain deep understanding of their strengths and values, and at the same time also challenge their self-limiting assumptions of one-self and others, thus enabling them to create a more confident and impactful leadership style. From being a confidential sounding board for senior leaders to assessing and coaching mid-senior level professionals, Satyam has created value for more than 1000 individuals across India, Europe, US, Canade and SE Asia.

In his two decades plus of corporate and HR leadership experience within PSU(HPCL), Banking (Axis Bank), FMCG (Diageo) and the healthcare industry(Novartis and a start-up called Rivaara labs), Satyam has led complex people operations at MNCs, driven multiple pre/ post merger integrations, and partnered businesses from the scratch. With all of these experiences coming together, Satyam is able to bring a fine balance of people and business perspectives to his coaching style, especially in areas of decision making agility, organizational savviness, stakeholder influencing and for navigating through organizational and personal transitions.

Satyam is a graduate from SCMHRD Pune, an ICF certified ACC level coach and a Hogan certified assessor. He is currently also pursuing the Teacher Of Presence program from the coveted Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening, as a part of his own journey of mindfulness and being more present.
